Cloud Atlas
“Cloud Atlas” by David Mitchell My Rating: 5/5 “Cloud Atlas” is absolutely incredible - a linguistically challenging yet mindblowing trip across time, space and genre. I can understand how people may struggle to get past the first few pages, seeing as the language employed in the first segment is saturated with words that are largely unused in modern English....

The Wind-Up Bird Visits the Theatre →
“The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle” by Haruki Murakami is currently being adapted into a stage play, to be premiered at the Edinburgh International Festival in August (2011).  It looks extremely interesting; I may have to take a trip to Edinburgh this year!
